School Food Service Director

Food Service Management Company is seeking a Food Service Director for school food service in the Pennington, NJ area. Full time, Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!

K-12, National School Lunch Program experience, and ServSafe® certification a plus. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in NJ schools.

• Must be organized and able to work well in a team environment.
• Must oversee that all safety and sanitary procedures are being followed.
• Place food orders, inventories, etc.
• Oversee staff, and operations.
• Review scheduling needs, and hiring staff.
• Prepare end of month paperwork
• Report to area supervisor on a regular basis.
• School breakfast and lunch experience required.
