Under the direction of Site Administrator, provide general health assistance for students; administer first aid as necessary; Schedule, plan and prepare physical examinations; prepare various State reports and health records; provide health information to parents, students and staff; perform a variety of general clerical duties in support of an assigned office including typing, filing, duplicating and distributing materials.

Education equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade. Willingness to complete and maintain First Aid and CPR training. Must pass CUSD bilingual test to qualify for bilingual pay at range 124. Please provide a resume and two letters of recommendation.

Ability to: Provide general health assistance for students. Administer first aid as necessary. Schedule, plan and prepare physical examinations. Determine effective course of action during routine and emergency situations. Maintain and update daily attendance and E-Truancy records as assigned. Provide health information to parents, students and staff. Maintain records and prepare comprehensive reports. Advise teachers regarding the needs of students. Establish and maintain files, records, reports and referrals. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Meet schedules and timelines. Type or input data at an acceptable rate of speed. Interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Work independently with little direction. Operate a computer and assigned software. Operate a variety of health service supplies and equipment, such as EpiPen, Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
