Make a meaningful difference this school year—one student at a time! Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-to-one nursing support and promote student health throughout the school day in Surprise, AZ.
Position Overview:
- Provide one-to-one nursing support for a student during daily transportation and throughout the school day to help ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
- Monitor the student's medical condition, respond to healthcare needs, and administer care in accordance with established care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with school staff, families, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
- Promote a safe, supportive environment while following applicable healthcare protocols and student confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- Active Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current in-person CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Valid Driver's License
