School Licensed Practical Nurse

Ready to make a meaningful difference in a student’s school experience? Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Cincinnati, OH, to provide skilled nursing care and help a student safely and confidently participate in the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Overview 

• Provide skilled nursing care in a school setting, including support with tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, and oxygen needs as applicable.
• Monitor the student’s condition, administer prescribed care, and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Accompany the student on school transportation when required to ensure continuity of care and safety.
• Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to support the student’s daily health needs and promote a safe, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications 

• Practical Nursing Diploma or Certificate
• Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience with ventilator/tracheostomy care, skilled nursing, G-tube management, and oxygen therapy strongly preferred
