Excel Staffing is looking for a dedicated, reliable amazing LPN to do 1:1 support care and helps maintain a safe and healthy school environment.
Position Summary
The LPN supports student health services under the supervision of an RN or medical director. This role
assists with daily health needs, medication administration, and helps maintain a safe and healthy
school environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide basic nursing care and first aid.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Assist with management of chronic conditions.
• Support health screenings and documentation.
• Maintain student health records and logs.
• Communicate with RN, staff, and families.
Qualifications
• Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pediatric or school experience preferred.
