School Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/LMFT)

Position Overview: 

• Provide individual and group counseling services to support middle school students’ social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success.
• Conduct assessments, develop student support plans, and provide evidence-based counseling interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and school teams to address student needs and promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with professional standards and school-based requirements.

Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) License
• California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential (Required)
• School-based counseling experience required; experience supporting middle school students preferred
