TITLE: SCHOOL NURSE
2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

QUALIFICATIONS:
Possession of or be eligible for a valid New Jersey School Nurse Certificate.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Certificate.
Demonstrated expertise in school health nursing practice and emergency procedures.
Knowledge of child growth and development, community and family dynamics, current health
issues, and wellness education.
effectively with non-school health professionals and social service agencies.

Meets NJ residency requirements or willingness to relocate to NJ
within 365 days of employment.

Salary is based on education, experience and/or military service according to the Board of Education of the Camden County Technical Schools and Cam/Voc Education Association Agreement Salary Guide - $58,656-$92,982.

POSITION GOALS: To promote health and safety in the school environment and provide health
services to students, faculty and staff; to assist with the teaching of sound

RESPONSIBILITIES:
