Masters Academy International
Masters Academy International (MAI) is New England's only school that intentionally integrates pro-level coaching and top-tier academics to prepare future leaders, excelling in sport, scholarship, and life. At MAI, athletics are not an extracurricular add-on; they are a core pillar of student identity and future opportunity.
Our student athletes pursue ambitious goals and train with purpose. The athletic program at MAI is designed to develop exceptional competitors while also cultivating the character, habits, and mindset required for long-term success. We believe in doing things the right way: with excellence, integrity, and care for the whole student.
About the Role
Masters Academy International is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced part-time Staff Nurse to support the health and wellbeing of students in our boarding school community. The Staff Nurse will provide comprehensive healthcare services, promote wellness, and ensure a safe living and learning environment for students residing on campus.
This role is especially important in a boarding school setting, where the nurse serves as a primary healthcare provider and a health educator for students who live away from home.
What You Will Do
As a Part-time Staff Nurse at Masters Academy International, you will play a vital role in our Student Wellbeing function, serving as a primary healthcare provider and health educator for our unique boarding school community. Because our student-athletes live away from home, you will provide critical on-campus support-including routine health checks and coordinated care for illnesses or injuries-which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.
Who You Are
You are a compassionate, highly organized, and operationally strong Registered Nurse (or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts) who is energized by the opportunity to support the health and wellness of student-athletes in a dynamic boarding school community. You are an exceptional communicator who can speak with credibility and confidence across a wide range of stakeholders-from anxious parents and dormitory staff to local emergency services.
