Travel Pay:

Travel Rate (based on 37.5 hours): Hourly $20.41, Stipend (Lodging $994 + M&I $518) = $1512.00, 

Total Comp:$2,277.38

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 70 miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

RN (Registered Nurse) – Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide professional nursing services and health support to students in a school environment.
  
• 
  Assess student health needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
  
• 
  Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student healthcare plans.
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and emergency care according to established protocols.
  
• 
  Respond to student illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation.
  
• 
  Coordinate with parents, healthcare providers, and school personnel regarding student health concerns.
  
• 
  Provide health education, screenings, and wellness initiatives for students and staff.
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with school health policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  

Minimum Qualifications 

• 
  Current, valid, and unrestricted Illinois license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a School Registered Nurse.
  
• 
  Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
  
• 
  Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,.)
