Cafeteria, Communication Skills, Lift/Move 35 Pounds, Nutrition, Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Public Administration
915 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
3 ¾ Hours
Monday through Friday when school is in session and lunch is served.
Hours may vary with workload.
DUTIES
- Sets up serving line
- Serves on the line
- Sweeps and mops
- Helps with ware washing
- Any other duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Job requires good communication skills including writing and reading abilities as a successful applicant will need to communicate with students, staff, administration, and the public.
- Some computer knowledge helpful and must be willing to learn Point of Sale Cashiering System.
- Applicant must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing at least 35 pounds.
- You will also be required to attend any job-related training as provided by the School Nutrition Dept.
- During probation, must be able to pass the Food Handler Test with a passing score.
