School Nutrition Substitute

The Yadkin County School system is looking for individuals who are interested in working as a substitute in the child nutrition program. A person in this position would assist in the daily preparation and serving of food. These hours and days will vary depending on when you are needed to substitute.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities needed include:

• Some knowledge of food preparation and serving practices
• Working knowledge of basic arithmetic and basic computer skills
• Skill in the use of food preparation equipment and utensils
