School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | 2026–2027 School Year

Navra is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to support students across school districts in the Campton Hills area for the 2026–2027 school year. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time OTs who are passionate about helping students develop the skills needed to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Help Students Build Skills for Success

As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you'll work with students whose physical, sensory, fine motor, visual motor, and self-regulation needs impact their educational performance. Through evaluations, therapy services, and collaboration with educational teams, you'll help students gain the skills necessary to access their learning environment and participate more fully in school activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Provide direct and consultative OT services in school settings
  • Support students with fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement effective strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
  • Recommend adaptive equipment, accommodations, and environmental modifications when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
