As a School Occupational Therapist, you'll help students develop the skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom. You'll work collaboratively with educators, families, and support teams to create positive outcomes and lasting impact for students.

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students in improving fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skills
• Help students maximize independence and participation in the school environment

Student Population

• Opportunities available across K-12 grade levels
• Placements tailored to your experience and preferences

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
• School-based experience is a plus, but not required
