Job Requirements

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent related field.

Certifications Requirements:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts; NBCOT Certification preferred.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting; experience handling elementary school caseloads and working with approximately 30 students.

Other Requirements:
Must pass background check and health screening. Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Must have a valid school occupational therapy certification/license. Flexibility to adapt to school schedules and collaborate with staff is essential.
