Job Requirements

Education Requirements:
Massachusetts OT License or equivalent

Certifications Requirements:
MA OT License

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a school setting, with strong skills in working with elementary students; caseload approximately 30 students

Other Requirements:
Must have a valid MA OT license. Ability to work 4 days per week, 8 hours per day, in an elementary school environment. Demonstrated ability to manage a student caseload, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to school settings. Ability to pass background checks and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans.
  • Assess students' needs and adapt interventions accordingly.
  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary students to support their educational and developmental goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment.
