Job Title: School Occupational Therapist Contract Up to 58/hr
Location: Mendon, MA
Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Compensation: Up To $58/Hour Based on Experience

Education Requirements: Massachusetts OT License or equivalents, or license review completed.
Certifications Requirements: MA OT License; license must be active or in review process.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience, preferably with pediatrics, outpatient clinics, developmental centers, and school settings; experience with complex needs (wheelchair-bound, feeding tubes), 1:1 therapy is a plus.
Other Requirements: Must have a Massachusetts OT license or be in the review process; strong interpersonal skills; flexibility to work 4 days a week, 8 hours daily; ability to work with elementary school students, approximately 30 student caseload; background check and compliance requirements as per facility standards.
