What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions that support participation in daily school activities
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Track, document, and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for accommodations and modifications
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student development and independence
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes confidence and growth for every student
Requirements
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential
