Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active OT license in California (or eligibility)

Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to a diverse range of needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' functional abilities and needs
Develop and implement individual and group therapy sessions for students on your caseload
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor IEPs
Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families regarding strategies and accommodations
Track progress, complete documentation, and participate in meetings to review outcomes
Serve as an active advocate for student inclusion and participation in school activities
