Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy license (please provide your license number with your application)
• Experience or passion for working in school-based settings, preferably with multiple grade levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, students, and families
• Ability to travel between assigned buildings and adapt to different learning environments
• Commitment to evidence-based interventions and inclusive practices
• Must be available to work onsite; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within elementary, middle, and high schools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student participation and progress toward IEP/504 goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized plans tailored to a diverse student population
• Document all therapy minutes and student progress per district guidelines
• Provide resources, training, and support to school staff and families to enrich student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
