Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Experience providing physical therapy services in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work alongside educators, support staff, and families
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus
Responsibilities:- Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultative physical therapy services to students across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student mobility, motor function, and school participation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and access to curriculum
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals as needed
- Educate staff and families on physical therapy strategies to enhance outcomes for students
