Key Qualifications:
At least one year of classroom-related experience (essential for understanding student needs)
Possession of Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist licensure, or currently in the process of obtaining it
Experience working directly with PreK–8 students, utilizing both group and individualized interventions
Strong skills in collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
Demonstrated abilities in assessments, progress monitoring, and providing counseling or behavioral support as needed
Capable of participating in professional development, conferences, and school events
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive psychological services including academic, social, and behavioral evaluations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention planning
Consult with faculty, staff, and guardians to foster a safe and inclusive school environment
Support students through counseling, skill-building, crisis intervention, and classroom guidance
Participate in all teacher development days, professional learning, and parent-teacher conferences as assigned
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and comply with state/federal regulations
