Make an impact early in a child's educational journey! Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to provide psychoeducational assessments that help preschool students access the support they need to thrive in Palos Verdes, CA during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Position Overview:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for preschool-aged students to evaluate learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments to determine eligibility for special education services and inform individualized educational planning.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to communicate evaluation findings and support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure assessments comply with applicable educational guidelines and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field
- Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential or equivalent state credential
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations for preschool-aged children preferred
