ESS Clinical is hiring School Psychologist to support Boulder Valley School District for 2026-2027! Elevate your career in the school setting with guaranteed hours, weekday stability, competitive compensation for both direct and indirect time, and dedicated clinician support! 

Pay starting from $69/hr up to $79/hr

Choice between W2 or 1099 opportunities

No Non Competes in our contracts!

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Colorado Special Services Provider (SSP) License or be eligible to obtain SSP licensure immediately.
  • Must have prior school-based experience.
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
  • Knowledge of child development, behavior management, and counseling techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to special education and student support services.
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to the well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
  • Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement strategies to address students' needs and support their learning and well-being.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to evaluate students for special education eligibility and contribute to the development of IEPs.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school climate by implementing programs that focus on bullying prevention and social-emotional learning.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
