SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST/CHILD STUDY TEAM -

MIDDLE SCHOOL / HIGH SCHOOL, TENURE TRACK

Requirements: New Jersey School Psychologist Certification Required

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide case management for students qualifying for special education and/or related services
• Use standardized cognitive and behavioral assessments to determine initial or continued eligibility for services
• Conduct IEP meetings to establish or revise educational plans to ensure meaningful student progress
• Consult with teaching staff and administration to ensure proper IEP implementation
• Provide counseling and mental health support to students
• Design supports and interventions to enhance student mental health, resilience and social emotional growth
