The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services, including evaluations, consultations, and intervention planning. This is an ideal role for an experienced practitioner looking for flexibility or a professional seeking to balance their clinical practice with a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessments: Conduct multi-factored evaluations (ETR) to determine eligibility for special education services.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Data Analysis: Interpret standardized testing results and classroom data to guide instructional recommendations.

  • Consultation: Provide expert advice on behavioral interventions, social-emotional learning, and classroom management strategies.

  • Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all services meet state and federal (IDEA) regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.

  • Licensure: Valid Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Services License in School Psychology.

  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
