What Youll Do
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and reevaluations
Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility decisions
Support MTSS, behavior plans, and classroom strategies
Provide short-term counseling and crisis response when needed
Communicate with families and staff to align support
What You Bring
WA ESA certification
Masters/Specialist degree
Strong collaboration and communication skills
