Job Summary

Job Summary

The Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) School Psychologist provides specialized instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Reports directly to the Director of SELPA and when assigned to a specific school/program, the psychologist is under the direct supervision of the Program Administrator. Assists school personnel in organizing, planning, and interpreting information concerning the educational needs of the students. Performs other duties connected with the educational programs as assigned.

  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential ~ School Psychology • Master's Degree • Bilingual (Spanish) and/or American Sign Language (ASL) preferred • Work experience within DHH Education desirable • CPR / First Aid certification required or willingness to enroll in program
