Greetings from Bullitt County Public Schools
You will find 13 elementary schools, six middle schools, three high schools, the Bullitt Alternative Center, the Riverview Opportunity Center, the Bullitt County Area Technology Center, the Bullitt Advanced Math and Science BAMS Center, and the Career Readiness Center. There are over 900 certified staff and 800 classified employees providing students in grades kindergarten through 12 with a quality education. The district is located directly south of Louisville, KY, and is the Commonwealths seventh largest school district. Rapid residential and industrial growth makes Bullitt County an attractive place to live, work, and attend school. The district is constantly moving forward in student achievement. Description BCPS School Psychologists provide psychoeducational services to students through consultation, assessment, staff development, and program evaluation and development. The position is district-wide with specific school assignments based on staffing and individual school needs. Most of our School Psychologists are assigned two schools. This position is being hired to begin the 2026-2027 school year.
Salary based on board-approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
Required Certification: EPSB Standard or Provisional Certificate for School Psychologist
