School Psychologist Long-term Substitute

The Menomonie School District is seeking a School Psychologist Long-term Substitute. This position is to begin upon hire and go through approximately November 6, 2026. The district can be flexible with the amount of dedicated hours and FTE and pay is negotiable.

Responsibilities include the ability to administer, interpret and clarify both formal and informal diagnostic evaluations using a multi-level systems approach to assessment; collaborate with school teams to make data-informed decisions and design strategies, services and programs to support students, including mental health options; develop and implement behavioral intervention plans, conduct functional behavioral assessments and facilitate IEP meetings; and have a strong understanding of IDEA law and regulation.

The successful candidate will be student centered, have a passion for working with all students, have excellent communication and organization skills, be able to establish strong rapport with students, parents, colleagues, and building level administration, promote a positive school climate, support all students towards academic, social, behavioral, and emotional success, and have knowledge and experience with PLC's, RtI and PBIS.

Qualified applicants must hold a valid Wisconsin DPI license (#7062) in School Psychology or have the ability to obtain the license. This position will remain open until filled with ongoing review of applicants. EOE.
