Key Qualifications:
Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology.
Previous experience working with elementary school populations is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and educational staff.
Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
A deep commitment to fostering student growth, resilience, and academic achievement.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs.
Provide direct counseling and intervention to students, both individually and in small groups.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies that promote students’ emotional and behavioral wellness.
Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to create and monitor support plans.
Promote safe, inclusive, and positive learning environments across all assigned settings.
