Navra is seeking skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in the Romeoville, IL area. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for clinicians who are passionate about helping students develop the communication skills necessary to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Position Overview

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide evaluation, intervention, and consultation services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement and participation in the educational environment.

Available Opportunities Include:

• K–12 caseloads across various school settings

• Direct therapy and consultation services

• Case management and IEP support responsibilities

• Full-time and part-time positions available

Student Populations

• Opportunities available across all grade levels, K–12

• Students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs

• Diverse educational settings including general and special education programs

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement preferred or required based on assignment

• Strong commitment to individualized, student-centered services

• Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and related service providers

• School-based experience preferred, but not required
