About the Role
EDU-AIDS is excited to partner with a local school district in Oak Lawn, IL to recruit a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time school-year assignment. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic achievement, emotional well-being, and behavioral success.


Position Details
  • Position: School Psychologist
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Oak Lawn, IL 60453
  • Start Date: ASAP or August 2026 (Tentative)
  • Assignment Duration: Through the end of the 2026–2027 school year
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive student assessments.
  • Analyze assessment data and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers to develop effective interventions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Provide consultation on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support the implementation of evidence-based strategies that promote student growth and success.
Qualifications
  • Active Illinois School Psychologist license or certification.
  • Master's, Specialist (CAGS), Ed.S., Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in School Psychology or a related qualifying field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
