Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters degree in School Psychology, or Educational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/degree required by the state for school psychologist licensure/eligibility)
- CertificationsRequirements: Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure for Texas (or eligibility to obtain prior to start). Background clearance required per district/state requirements.
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a school or education setting providing psychological services (assessments, counseling/consultation, and student support)
- OtherRequirements: Must be able to work Days with a 37.5 hours/week schedule; strong communication and collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams; ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow district/state procedures; professionalism and confidentiality with student records; must meet all facility Standard Requirements and any onboarding requirements outlined by the district/facility

JobResponsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students, including interpretation of results to support eligibility and learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support intervention plans and student support strategies
- Provide counseling, consultation, and guidance as appropriate to support social-emotional and academic functioning
- Participate in eligibility/IEP-related meetings and contribute documentation, reports, and data-informed recommendations
- Maintain accurate records, follow district and state procedures, and ensure confidentiality of student information
