Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Masters degree in School Psychology or Psychology (or equivalent) from an accredited program; must meet state licensure/credential requirements for school psychologist roles in Ohio.
- CertificationsRequirements: Ohio school psychologist licensure/credential (or eligibility to obtain); maintain required credentials throughout the assignment.
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a school or educational setting providing psychological services; experience conducting evaluations/assessments and supporting student needs.
- OtherRequirements: Standard Requirements. Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support teams; strong communication and documentation skills; professional, student-focused, and able to manage multiple cases; must be able to work standard school days (Days) and follow a 37.5 hours/week schedule. Background checks may be required per facility/school policy. Must follow all confidentiality requirements (FERPA and student privacy standards).

JobResponsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning needs and eligibility for special education services.
- Provide interpretation of assessment results and collaborate with school teams to develop recommendations and support plans.
- Support IEP/MTSS processes, including attending meetings and contributing data-driven strategies for student improvement.
- Deliver counseling and/or behavioral interventions as appropriate to student needs and school programming.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality and school district policies.
