Conducting psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments for K–5 students.
Participating in eligibility meetings, multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, and IEP meetings while providing data-driven recommendations.
Collaborating with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to support student success.
Interpreting assessment results and developing meaningful written reports.
Consulting with school staff regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions.
Supporting MTSS/RTI initiatives and providing consultation for student interventions.
Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with all state and federal special education regulations.
Position: Contract School Psychologist
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
School Year: August 14, 2026 – June 3, 2027
Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Caseload: Building-based
Setting: Elementary School
Interview Process: Virtual interview via Google Meet, typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of submission

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement or valid Illinois School Psychologist License.
Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
Strong knowledge of IDEA, special education eligibility, and IEP processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and families.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation.
