Work in a PreK-4th grade school setting, focusing on Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, staff trainings, coaching, and fidelity checks. You will collaborate with teachers and district staff to support students’ behavioral needs and help implement evidence-based practices. A current BCBA certification and Massachusetts Applied Behavior Analyst license are required. Experience in school-based behavioral analysis and strong communication skills are recommended.
