  • Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year
  • Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
  • Preferred: Experience working with K-12 students, BCBA certification
  • Requirements: Valid BCBA license, 2+ years of experience preferred, school-based experience preferred but not required, willingness to obtain state licensure if needed

Responsibilities:

  • Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
  • Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing behavior intervention plans, and data collection (as applicable)
  • Supporting students’ behavioral and educational progress through tailored interventions and ongoing assessment
