Help elementary students build the skills they need to thrive! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students across multiple elementary school sites in Buckeye, AZ, during the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
Conduct assessments of students’ fine motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing abilities to determine eligibility and develop individualized goals.
Provide occupational therapy interventions across multiple elementary school sites, adapting strategies to support diverse student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement classroom accommodations and participate in IEP meetings.
Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans to maximize student independence.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience working with pediatric or school-aged students preferred; school-based experience is a plus
