ESS Clinical is seeking a dedicated Special Education Case Management Support Specialist to provide school-based support within Medford School District 549C in Medford, Oregon, for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pay rate starting at $34/hr

Position Summary

The Special Education Case Management Support Specialist provides administrative support to Special Education case managers and department staff. This position assists with organizing, preparing, tracking, completing, and filing special education documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support case managers with IEP and Special Education paperwork.
  • Organize, scan, upload, and maintain student records and documentation.
  • Track IEP meetings, evaluations, annual reviews, and other required timelines.
  • Review paperwork for completeness, signatures, dates, and required information.
  • Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up as directed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical files.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Special Education department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student and family information.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a Special Education or school setting.
  • Understanding of IEPs, Special Education terminology, and related documentation.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and electronic record systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with case managers and school staff.

This is an administrative support role and does not independently provide special education services or serve as a case manager.
