Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a School Services School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for a travel job in Henrico, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students to improve speech, language, and communication skills
  • Monitor student progress and report observations to the supervising speech-language pathologist
  • Support classroom activities by reinforcing communication strategies and skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to facilitate communication support
  • Assist in preparing materials and resources for speech and language activities

Qualifications:

  • Must be certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association
  • Must have an active Speech Language Pathology Assistant SLPA licensure in the state of the work assignment
  • Job details:Pay: $2,292.74 - $2,363.65 / week
  • Location: Henrico, VA
  • Assignment Length: 35
  • Shift: Day - up to 37.50 hours per week
