Contract Duration: 36 weeks
Compensation: Up To $70/Hour Based on Experience


Job Requirements

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

Certifications Requirements:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Connecticut.
ClP or equivalent certification as required.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in school-based settings or similar environment.
Experience supporting middle school caseloads preferred.

Other Requirements:
Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to support a middle school caseload effectively.
Must pass background check and compliance screening.
Flexible and team-oriented mindset preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support middle school students as a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Collaborate with a school-based support team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students on caseload.
  • Support an SLP-conducive caseload with a focus on student progress and needs.
  • Engage in team meetings, documentation, and assessments to ensure student success.
