Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities to support student communication goals
Assist with documenting student progress and maintaining accurate therapy records
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success
Prepare therapy materials and reinforce communication strategies in classroom and individual settings
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines while supporting students with a variety of communication needs
