Position Overview

As a School Social Worker, you will play a critical role in fostering positive student outcomes by providing social-emotional support, crisis intervention, counseling services, and collaboration with educators and families. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to help create safe, supportive learning environments where students can thrive.

Available Opportunities Include:

• Elementary, Middle School, and High School caseloads
• Full-time and Part-time positions available
• Individual and group counseling services
• Crisis intervention and behavioral support
• IEP and 504 team participation
• Family outreach and community resource coordination
• Diverse student populations and educational settings

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
• Strong understanding of social-emotional learning, behavior management, and student support services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, and support staff
• Commitment to fostering student growth, well-being, and academic success
