School Social Worker

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker or School Psychologist to join a supportive high school team in Thornton, CO. The specific school campus will be announced soon.

This position provides mental health services to students receiving special education support and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student success.

• Provide school-based mental health services to students as outlined in their IEPs.
• Support students across Mild/Moderate, Affective Needs, and Significant Support Needs programs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and other school professionals.
• Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
• Manage caseloads and service minutes based on the assigned campus and student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with IEP and district requirements.

• Licensed/certified School Social Worker or School Psychologist in Colorado.
• Experience working in a school or special education setting preferred.
• Special Education (SPED) experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide services in a fully in-person high school environment.
