As a School Social Worker in West Chicago, IL, your days will Include: - Provide individual and group counseling services to students
- Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, school psychologists, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Develop intervention strategies to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Consult with families and connect them with appropriate community resources
- Assist with crisis intervention and behavior support planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines

- 32.5 hours per week

- Contract dates: August 14, 2026 – June 3, 2027

Successful Candidates Possess
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- The ability to work in the U.S. without a sponsor
