The Licensed Social Worker provides critical support to individuals and families by delivering counseling, managing crises, and coordinating necessary resources. This role involves working collaboratively with other professionals to offer comprehensive care and support tailored to students' unique needs.
Responsibilities
Provide counseling to students addressing a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral issues
Conduct crisis intervention to de-escalate emergencies and ensure student safety
Manage cases by assessing student needs and developing personalized care plans
Coordinate access to community resources and services for students
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in social work
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
Skilled in case management and crisis intervention
Proficient in documentation and reporting
Strong communication skills
