As a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you won’t just treat speech and language needs—you’ll help students unlock connection, independence, and academic success.

What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)
In this role, you’ll help students build communication skills that shape their learning and relationships:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement meaningful Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide engaging individual and group therapy sessions
- Support students with articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative support services
- Track student progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and school-based service requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- School certification/license (or ability to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of IEP development and school-based services
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for helping students build confidence through communication
