Job Requirements.
  • EducationRequirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences and Disorders) or equivalent required; ASHA-certified coursework/degree equivalent to meet licensure requirements.
  • CertificationsRequirements: State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain); ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or equivalent ASHA/credentialing requirements per state and facility standards.
  • ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Speech-Language Pathology; experience providing speech and language services in school settings preferred.
  • OtherRequirements: Standard requirements per facility/contract; ability to work Days with a 37.5 hours per week schedule; collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers; strong communication and documentation skills; flexibility within assigned caseload/scheduling needs; background check and required onboarding compliance consistent with school/education settings; ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

JobResponsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language evaluations and assessments to support student needs and educational planning.
  • Deliver direct speech/language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and documented treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student progress and communication outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including therapy notes, assessment results, and progress reporting aligned with school requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to IEP/meetings as required to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
