Job Requirements.
EducationRequirements: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences and Disorders) or equivalent required; ASHA certification/eligibility as applicable.
ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist; experience working with school-age students and IEP/education support preferred.
OtherRequirements: Days schedule; caseload averaging 55 contacts per week (PK 312). Ability to provide speech-language assessments, develop/implement treatment plans, and support students through individualized therapy. Must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration with teachers, families, and school staff. Flexibility to manage caseload and meet school-based documentation requirements. Background check and compliance with school/district requirements required.

JobResponsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services for PK 312 students within a school-based caseload (55 contacts per week).
Conduct speech/language evaluations and contribute to eligibility/IEP-related documentation as required by the school/district.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to address student speech, language, and communication needs.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and ensure therapy goals are integrated into the educational environment.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet all school-based compliance requirements.
