- OtherRequirements: Must have Maryland SLP license. Ability to work Monday through Friday, potentially part-time; flexible with schedules; strong communication and adaptability skills. Background checks required; experience with small caseloads and diverse age groups preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across infants, toddlers, Pre-K through Grade 12 populations.
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to support student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to implement therapy strategies effectively.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district policies.
